The Staff Reunion and Development Day on 30 September offered an opportune moment for both Wah Yans to refresh our core values pertinent to Jesuit education and augment our growth mindset as Ignatian educators. 

Our Supervisor, Fr. CHOW kickstarted the event by elaborating on the importance of unity in plurality, followed by our Clinical Psychologist and Educational Psychologist, who offered a most illuminating discussion on the growth mindset, and Dr. SO, who shared piercing insights into the growth mindset and Jesuit education. The Staff Development programme ended on a high note, with Principal CHUNG’s sharing of some heartfelt words of encouragement as a dedicated educator.
