With the aim of improving road safety, Wahyanites developed “DriveFit”, a mobile app that won the Gold Award of the Student Innovation (Secondary Schools) category of the Hong Kong ICT Awards 2023. 

Developed using technologies like Flutter, Google ML Kit, SQLite and Firebase, our STEM team students, Chan Tsun Yin and Ip Shing Hei Nathan of 5W, CHU Siu Tsan of 5K and LIANG Hin Yan of 5S aim at building a comprehensive, efficient and reliable system that serves app users with functions like AI real-time driving alerts and driver performance statistics etc, in the hope of improving road safety for the betterment of society.

As the Gold Award winner of the HK competition, DriveFit will enter the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance Awards 2023 (Senior Student category) and compete with like-minded innovative individuals in the Asia Pacific region.
