Our warmest congratulations to our S.5 Math whizzes on being accorded the Honourable Mention in the Hang Lung Mathematics Awards, a biennial competition that encourages intellectual discovery and recognises mathematics research projects that meet the highest academic standards in terms of methodology and research. 

Under the care and guidance of our educator, our team ventured into their research project titled “Investigation into the Buffon-Laplace Needle Problem”, which underwent rigorous review by the adjudicating body that comprises distinguished professors from around the world.

The Hang Lung Mathematics Awards is organized in partnership with The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
