Congratulations to Franco LAU (Class of 2020) on being named Grantham Scholar of the Year 2020-21, an award presented only to the top 24 scholars of Hong Kong. Franco is an all-rounder who achieves stellar grades in his studies and is remarkably a generous and selfless young gentleman who cares to serve others with a warm heart. In addition to active participation in community service, he volunteers to offer tutorial sessions to his younger brothers at WYK – and he is still selflessly devoted to his alma mater even after graduation.

Excelling as an articulate debater and writer, Franco is now reading Medicine at the University of Hong Kong.
