Battered by the 4th wave of the COVID-19 pandemic fueled by escalating local infections, Hong Kong has ramped up the toughest measures since July. The Education Bureau (EDB) has announced that all schools will further suspend face-to-face classes up to 10 January 2021. The EDB also strongly advocates that school staff and students should refrain from dining out, having crowd gatherings and travelling outside Hong Kong.
