We extend our warmest congratulations to our STEM team members for their brilliance at the 43rd National Olympiad in Informatics.

Against a field of the brightest minds nationwide, Team Hong Kong – six-member strong – returned with five medals in total.  Two of those victories were contributed by Wahyanites: Adam XU of 3Y earned Gold, and Ethan Lung of 4Y brought home Bronze for Team Hong Kong.  Adam is one of the youngest on Team Hong Kong, he is also the youngest gold medalist in this national competition.   This marks Hong Kong’s first Gold medal – in 30 years – at this prestigious national competition.

Their accomplishment doesn’t arrive by accident; it is built, patiently and relentlessly, through hours of focus and perseverance that turns pressure into momentum.
