Three cheers for LEUNG Lok Kee (Rocky) of 4Y on being named one of the recipients of the NG Teng Fong Scholarship 2020.  The Scholarship aims at celebrating the achievement of bright young individuals not only with stellar grades, but also with good conduct and a warm heart, demonstrating active participation in extra-curricular activities and earnest devotion to social services.
